Eastern Digital Software has a "pay once only" policy (per
product). For purchased products,
customers are entitled to free upgrades to all new versions for the lifetime of the product purchased.
Customers who have purchased products from us will be
notified by Email of product upgrades. New download
information and installation notes will be provided in the
Email advice. It is important to
notify us of any Email address changes so we can update our
records. The lifetime / lifecycle is determined by Eastern
Digital.
- For purchased products,
Eastern Digital will
provide free assistance via email correspondence for 30 days
from the date of purchase. This assistance is to help
customers in the installation and correct operation of the
products.
We recommend that customers
thoroughly test our products using the trial versions before purchasing.

- Return policy. Software
products by Eastern Digital are non-returnable. The trial versions of our products provide
adequate opportunity for evaluation.
However, Eastern
Digital may refund the full or partial purchase price in
some
situations. For example:
* Returns requested due to customer dissatisfaction. * When we are convinced that a genuine purchasing error has
been made. * The product fails to perform as described in
the documentation.
These
refund requests will be considered on a case by case basis at our
discretion. Refunds may incur an
administrative charge not exceeding 30% of the purchase
price.
