JustUrls - The most predictable way to access your Web sites!
 

A URL is a Uniform Resource Locator. This is better known as the Web Site Address that you see in your Internet Browser address window. JustUrls launches your default browser and automatically inserts the URL you have associated with the button you click on.

	Save and load sets of buttons to an unlimited number of "jurl" files. You can now easily organize groups of buttons into topics such as News, Portals, Health, Financial - etc.

Add remove buttons

JustUrls allows you to add or remove your own buttons. You can name the buttons whatever you wish. Each button is associated with the URL you want. You can add as many buttons as you like provided they fit vertically on your screen. The higher your screen resolution, the more buttons you can fit in JustUrls!

JustUrls runs on all recent Microsoft Windows Operating Systems - Workstations and Servers. It is designed to work on Windows 98/ME/NT/2000/XP/ and the Windows Server 2003 family. JustUrls assumes you are running a Web Browser. Recent versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator etc. work just fine.

Right Click Favorite

For each set of buttons there is one "Right Click Favorite" URL that you can set up. Simply right clicking on the JustUrls "Go" icon in the tray, takes you direct to that URL! Extremely handy for your favorite search engine!

Launch programs also!

JustUrls can launch programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Outlook Express in fact ANY program that you like! Simply enter the program name instead of the URL. Some of these names can be tricky so check our decoder page for the answers.

So, why use JustUrls?  I already have my favorites, I have Taskbar "Links" set up also. What's so special about JustUrls?

Glad you asked!

1. Favorites are rarely organized. Often accumulating at random in your browser "favorites". By using JustUrls button files based on topics, you can "drag and drop" the terrific URL you just found onto JustUrls to add the button automatically! For example, say you discover a great site for world travel whilst browsing. All you need to do is pop open your travel.jurl button file from JustUrls and drag the URL icon onto those buttons. If travel.jurl does not exist, simply copy an existing button file (with only a few buttons or just one button) and rename it. Delete the "non-travel" buttons and you are done!

2. You probably have 10 or 20 "most favorite" sites like online banking, search engines and weather sites etc. They would really be nice to access without too much fuss, yes?  Well, with JustUrls in the tray - they are just a mouse click away! These are typically given the name justurls.jurl, the default set of buttons.

3. With JustUrls there is no need to "squint" at the screen. No need to gently move the mouse in case you click on the wrong link in your pop-up "Links" toolbar, or Browser favorites. The buttons are always there.
