JustInbox License Agreement
You may
use the trial version of JustInbox for up to thirty days
from the date of installation for the purpose of evaluating the
software. The product ceases to function after this time period.
The trial version of the software must then be uninstalled using
“Add or Remove Programs” item in the Windows™ Control Panel.
The
registered (purchased) version remains fully functional and can
be upgraded for free as new versions of this specific software
product are released.
Grant of License
The purchased software product may be installed on a maximum of
two computers that you own, lease or administer. The product may
be stored (not installed) on as many computers/media as desired
for backup purposes.
Ownership
Intellectual property rights in the Software shall remain with
Eastern Digital Pty. Ltd. Copyright laws and treaties protect
the Software. Title and related rights in the software
components remains the property of the applicable content owner
(Eastern Digital) and may be protected by applicable law. This
License gives you no rights to such software components.
Termination
The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply
with the limitations described herein. On termination, you must
destroy all copies of the software files.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The entire Software product whether purchased or trial is
provided on an "as is" basis, without warranty of any kind
whatsoever. The user undertakes the entire risk as to the
quality and performance of the Software.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances whatsoever shall Eastern Digital Pty Ltd
or its individual directors, suppliers or resellers be liable to
you or any other person or entity for any indirect, special,
incidental or consequential damages of any type, including,
without limitation, damages for loss of data, personal or
company losses, computer failure or malfunction, or any other
commercial or personal damages or losses. In no event will
Eastern Digital Pty Ltd be liable for any damages in excess of
the amount Eastern Digital Pty Ltd received from you for the
software license, even if Eastern Digital Pty Ltd shall have
been informed of the possibility of such damages, or for any
claim by any other party.
Mission Critical or Medical use
The Software is in no way whatsoever guaranteed to perform
flawlessly and it is not designed, manufactured or intended for
use in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance,
such as in the operation of aircraft, nuclear facilities, air
traffic control, life support machines, or weapons systems, in
which the failure of the Software could lead directly to death,
personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage.
Eastern Digital Pty Ltd and its suppliers specifically disclaim
any express or implied warranty of fitness of the software for
Mission Critical or Medical use. Use of the software in these
environments explicitly means that the software user assumes all
risks and consequences for the performance of the software
product, not Eastern Digital Pty. Ltd. or its individual
directors, suppliers, resellers or affiliates.
